Your health
over time.
Your dashboard.
Sign in to PROBE to build a personal history of your survey results.
Return approximately every six months to see how your PROBE, EQ-5D and
EQ-VAS results change over time.
Use a PROBE login. Guest participation is intended for a one-time
survey and does not create your longitudinal personal dashboard.

What you get when you sign in
Your dashboard turns repeated PROBE surveys into a personal record that
you can return to over time — not just a one-time questionnaire.
Your survey history
See previous PROBE completions together with the date of each survey,
instead of treating every completion as a separate one-time response.
Your scores over time
Follow your PROBE Score, EQ-5D utility score and EQ-VAS across repeated
surveys so changes are easier to see.
Your results in context
Dashboard comparison views can help you understand where your results
sit in relation to relevant participant groups.
Follow your results from survey to survey
The personal dashboard keeps your past surveys together and plots your
scores across time. That makes it easier to notice whether your reported
health is improving, staying similar or changing.

Example from the PROBE personal dashboard.
See your results in context
The dashboard can present your own results alongside comparison
information so the numbers are easier to interpret.
How do you compare?
See where your PROBE, EQ-5D and VAS results sit relative to a
selected comparison group.

Look deeper than the total score
Detailed views can show your answers over time and place them beside
comparison data for specific health experiences.

Come back about every six months
A personal dashboard becomes more useful when it contains repeated
surveys. Regular PROBE completions let you build a clearer picture
of your health and quality of life over time.
MONTHS
Complete PROBE again and add another point to your personal history.
Use a login if you want the personal dashboard
Logging in is what allows your repeated PROBE surveys to be connected
to your personal history. If you choose guest participation, you can
still complete the survey, but it is not intended for longitudinal
personal tracking.
Build your personal PROBE record
Sign in, complete PROBE, and return over time to follow your own
patient-reported outcomes.
